Intermediate Fun Club
Many school children with ASD struggle to understand why people do certain behavior and what people are thinking. This fun club teaches children social cues, perspective thinking, and how to handle bullies through games.
Summer Camps 2022
Spring / Summer Camps
In this summer program, children will be attending structured classes focusing on improving their literacy skills including reading, writing (fine motor skills), verbal, and grammar. Children will be improving these skills through the use of two specific programs: Printing like a Pro and Headsprout along with board games and interactive games
Coding and Gaming
This coding class is for children who already have the basic knowledge of coding. Learners will be diving deeper into Scratch and learning new coding concepts. Their logical thinking and imagination will be put to use as they learn to code their own various games and animations. The second half of the class will focus on social-emotional development through games
In this summer program, learners will be prepared for school readiness. Interacting in small groups, children will be able to practice taking turns, following instructions, participating in class discussions, and improving social teamwork skills. Lesson plans will be created to enhance the practice of these skills and help children get used to the routine of a school day in September.
This summer school program is for children who are working on school readiness which is suitable for students who have been having one-to-one behaviour intervention and have built some listening and imitation skills. Students will learn to interact with peers, play group games with others and participate in school activities such as circle time and snack time.
