Digital marketing for educators, therapists, or online courses (Bilingual in Chinese and English) (Hiring - October 7th, 2025)
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:

Proficiency in English, Cantonese and written Chinese is essential for effective communication with our diverse audience.

Create and track affiliate links, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and marketing, preferably in education.

Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, Visla).

In-depth knowledge of YouTube marketing strategies and best practices.

Experience with online course platforms, especially Teachable.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavioural therapy techniques and support their daily living activities. This role requires a strong understanding of applied behaviour analysis (ABA) principles and the ability to collect data to track progress effectively.
Job Requirements/Description:

Implement individualized behaviour intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.

Collect and record data on client progress and behaviours to inform treatment decisions.
-
Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their needs are met in a supportive manner.
-
Teach social skills and adaptive behaviours to enhance learners' quality of life.
-
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Bridge Kids BC's regulations regarding patient care and medical documentation.

Collaborate with families and other professionals in developing care plans that address the unique needs of each learner.
-
Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in applied behaviour analysis (ABA) and special education practices.
Qualifications:

Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Knowledge of behavioural therapy techniques and principles of applied behaviour analysis (ABA).

Familiarity with special education practices and patient care standards.

Strong skills in data collection.

Ability to manage behaviours effectively while promoting a positive learning environment.

Job Position:
Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) / Behaviour Consultant
Job description
-
You will be conducting initial assessments, writing program reports, planning the IEPs, and creating materials and datasheets.
-
You will be running workshops.
-
You will be responsible for handling problems within your teams.
-
You will be providing overlap sessions to senior BIs and BIs.
-
You will be attending an initial training workshop and ongoing workshops.
-
You will be analyzing data and running monthly meetings
-
You will conduct one-on-one sessions monthly with all your learners.
Important Qualities:

Possess a positive attitude, have strong play skills, and excellent interpersonal skills ,both verbal and written

Must be able to pinpoint and solve problems effectively

Requirements for Behaviour Consultant:

Must have a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related educational background.

Have at least 5 years of experience working as a BI and SBI, and have obtained BCBA, and BCaBA certifications.

Fluent in English (knowing how to speak other languages, such as Mandarin/Cantonese, is also an asset)

Completion of a recent Criminal Record Check
