Terms and Conditions for Online Consultation Service

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the online consultation services ("Services") provided by Bridge Kids Behaviour Consulting (BKBC), hereinafter referred to as "the Company." By engaging in our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully.

2. Service Description

The Company provides online consultation services facilitated through various digital communication platforms. Upon payment for the consultation service, the client will be connected with a consultant at the scheduled time.

3. Consultation Process

Once the client makes a payment through our online platform, the consultant will be available for the scheduled online consultation at the agreed-upon time.

The client must ensure that they have a stable internet connection and appropriate devices for the consultation.

Both the client and the consultant agree to communicate and interact professionally during the consultation session.

4. Confidentiality

Both the client and the consultant agree not to disclose confidential information shared during the consultation to any third party.

The Company retains the right to monitor consultations for quality assurance purposes.

5. Non-Solicitation

The client and consultant acknowledge the importance of preserving business relationships and protecting confidential information. By engaging in our services, both parties agree not to engage in any solicitation activities that may directly or indirectly harm the interests of BKBC. This includes but is not limited to:

Soliciting clients or customers of BKBC for competing services or products.

Actively recruiting or attempting to recruit employees or contractors of BKBC for external opportunities.

6. Payment and Extension of Services

The client agrees to make the payment for the consultation service through the Company's online payment platform.

If the client wishes to extend the consultation service, the consultant must report to a designated sales associate who will provide a payment link for the additional services.

7. Cancellation, Reschedule, and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel a scheduled consultation with a minimum notice period of 24 hours prior to the appointment time to be eligible for a refund.

10% service charge will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover transaction and processing fees incurred by the Company.

This policy ensures fair compensation for incurred costs associated with online payment processing in the event of a refund.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund.

8. Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to terminate the consultation service if there is a breach of these terms by either the client or the consultant.

Termination may also occur if the client engages in inappropriate behavior during the consultation.

9. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of clients and consultants to review these changes.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
