Small Group Learning with Behaviour & Communication Support

 

Our Pre - School Readiness & Development Program is designed to help young children build the foundational skills they need to thrive in a classroom setting. Through structured activities, guided play, and individualized support, we focus on developing communication, social understanding, and emotional regulation in a supportive small-group environment.

Program Focus

We target key developmental areas to support school success:

  • Communication
    Building expressive and receptive language skills, including requesting, commenting, and following instructions

  • Social Skills
    Learning how to interact with peers, take turns, share, and participate in group activities

  • Emotional Regulation
    Developing strategies to manage big feelings, cope with frustration, and build resilience

  • Routines
    Practicing structured routines such as circle time, transitions, and task completion

Program Structure:

Each session is thoughtfully designed to balance structure and flexibility:

  • Small group instruction (3–5 children)

  • Guided play and interactive learning activities

  • Visual supports and consistent routines

  • Individualized support within a group setting

  • Opportunities for peer interaction and skill practice

Measurement:

  • The Group's program will employ different teaching strategies based on Applied Behaviour Analysis, such as modelling, incidental teaching and natural environment teaching. 

Program Fee*

The program fee is $175 per session.

Fees are billed as a monthly tuition of $1,400, based on an average of 8 sessions per month.

 

Monthly Tuition Structure

Monthly tuition is a fixed fee and remains the same each month, regardless of the number of sessions in that specific month (e.g., 7, 8, or 9 sessions).

 

This structure ensures:

•⁠  ⁠Consistent scheduling

•⁠  ⁠Secured placement in the program

•⁠  ⁠Ongoing program planning and staffing

 

Payment Schedule

•⁠  ⁠Tuition is charged monthly, in advance, prior to the first session of each month

•⁠  ⁠Payment is required to secure your child’s spot in the program

 

Commitment

•⁠  ⁠Families are required to commit to a minimum of one full term

•⁠  ⁠This allows for consistency, which is essential for your child’s progress

 

Missed Sessions

•⁠  ⁠Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable

•⁠  ⁠As this is a structured program with limited spots, staffing and resources are allocated in advance
