Florence completed her Bachelor of Education in Special Needs in 2021 and is a certified Early Childhood Educator with Infant/Toddler and Special Needs certifications in British Columbia. She has experience supporting children with diverse needs in preschool, classroom, and home-based settings. Florence is currently working as a Behaviour Interventionist providing individualized and play-based ABA support for autistic learners.

She is currently completing her Master of Education in Special Education (Autism & Developmental Disabilities) at UBC and is working toward BCBA certification. Florence is passionate about building positive relationships with learners and families and supporting communication, social, and daily living skills in meaningful ways.

Florence is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors. She loves exploring new places and creating meaningful memories through different adventures.
