Digital marketing for educators, therapists, or online courses (Bilingual in Chinese and English) (Hiring - October 7th, 2025)

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

• Create engaging content, including text posts, images, and videos, tailored to each platform's audience.

2. Video Editing:

• Proficient in video editing software to produce high-quality, visually appealing content.

• Ability to create and edit promotional videos, tutorials, and other content for various marketing channels, with a strong focus on YouTube.

3. YouTube Marketing:

• Thorough understanding of YouTube algorithms and best practices.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement on the YouTube channel.

4. Online Course Platforms:

• Familiarity with online course platforms, particularly Teachable.

• Manage and optimize content on these platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience for our audience.

5. Multilingual Skills:

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and written Chinese is essential for effective communication with our diverse audience.

6. Affiliate Marketing:

• Implement and manage affiliate marketing programs to increase brand visibility and drive revenue.

• Create and track affiliate links, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and marketing, preferably in education.

• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, Visla).

• In-depth knowledge of YouTube marketing strategies and best practices.

• Experience with online course platforms, especially Teachable.

• Fluency in English, Cantonese and written Chinese.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

i) Behaviour Interventionists (Not Hiring now - October 7th, 2025)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavioural therapy techniques and support their daily living activities. This role requires a strong understanding of applied behaviour analysis (ABA) principles and the ability to collect data to track progress effectively.

 

Job Requirements/Description:

• Implement individualized behaviour intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.

• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviours to inform treatment decisions.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their needs are met in a supportive manner.

• Teach social skills and adaptive behaviours to enhance learners' quality of life.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Bridge Kids BC's regulations regarding patient care and medical documentation.

• Collaborate with families and other professionals in developing care plans that address the unique needs of each learner.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in applied behaviour analysis (ABA) and special education practices.

 

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Knowledge of behavioural therapy techniques and principles of applied behaviour analysis (ABA).

• Familiarity with special education practices and patient care standards.

• Strong skills in data collection.

• Ability to manage behaviours effectively while promoting a positive learning environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.

• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in behavioural health care.
