Cancellation Policy

- Clients may cancel a scheduled consultation with a minimum notice period of 24 hours prior to the appointment time to be eligible for a refund. - 10% service charge will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover transaction and processing fees incurred by the Company. This policy ensures fair compensation for incurred costs associated with online payment processing in the event of a refund. - The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund.
