Family and Youth Support Worker (FYSW)
Raphael is an accomplished professional with a diverse psychology, education, and training background. His journey began with a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia in 2005, followed by a Master of Applied Psychology from the City University of Hong Kong in 2013. During his time in Hong Kong, Raphael discovered his true calling – working with children and young adults with autism.
In 2202, Raphael furthered his expertise by completing a Youth and Family Support Certificate from Vancouver College of Counsellor Training (VCCT). This additional certification solidified his commitment to supporting youth and families in need. Raphael dedicated himself to helping individuals aged 6 to 22 navigate the challenges of autism. His genuine empathy and open-minded approach have made him exceptional at connecting with children, treating them as equals rather than authority figures.
